PT Restarts after Exiting, Endless Loop...?

I'm getting this on the latest updates of Windows 10, with version 2022.7 (Pro Tools Studio).

Anyone else? Driving me potty.

Not sure why some are having this issue. FWIW, my Windows 10 rig has not seen this going back several versions of PT. My plugins include:
Waves(several plugins and several versions)
Slate everything bundle
Melodyne(Studio V5)
IK Multimedia(several plugins)
Toontrack(SD3 and EZdrummer 3)
iZotope(most everything V9)
Kontact
Kit BB N105
Sonnox
Nomad
SSL Native
Valhalla
Win 10 and PT are both on the latest but many plugins have not been updated in a year I realize this is not a solution, but at least it might give hope that its solveable

Try updating the iLok License Manager if not already.
This solved the issue for me once before.

I've experienced restarts with a few Nomad Factory plugins (seems to be random) but a couple of updates have been released since.
In fact, there was a September update just a couple days ago.
The release notes didn't mention anything about the issue but so far no restarts.

I installed the latest iLok License Manager update a couple days ago as well.

I have this problem intermittently but it did happen today and then I was able to exit Pro Tools correctly. Here's it what came up in the Windows Application event log:

I don't know what ntdll.dll does but that seems to be were the problem is!

This thread has suggestions that worked for other users. Did you read through this thread and try those before posting this question?

If so please describe what exactly you have tried so this does not degenerate into just repeating the same stuff over and over.

When did this start happening? What changed?

Is the system info in your profile up to date? Especially what version of ILM is installed?

Same here whenever a Nomad Factory plugin (some not all) is instantiated. So I avoid NF plugs since a long time now. Maybe it is somehting else...(this thread is a must-read)
