Hi Eddie,

the "select Eucon Application" drop down menu doesn't show up over here. I have KeyboardMaestro added under Application.
(I guess because it's not supported? but here the entire menu doesn't show up)

Does this new feature mean someone could add Streamdeck to EC to that we can use a Streamdeck instead of the iPad for EC without going through SoundFlow?

This new version is super flakey for me. Constant disconnects and random freezes also on the S1 now. Is there a way to downgrade the FireHD10?
Often I can add the tablet but it won't react. EC says it's claimed by my PT. When I hit remove it gets removed but the tablet app doesn't react at all. When in finder I see zero hotkeys, as if EC has lost it's normal key assignments. Restore and revert on the softkey page are all greyed out.

Seems really buggy.

What troubleshooting steps have you done?

Completely uninstall the Eucon application and reinstall

Delete AC from the tablets and reinstall.

Try again.

You don’t add Keyboard Maestro to the application whitelist. The whitelist is for other application that you want Eucon to control when focused. For example, running Pro Tools and Logic at the same time and having Eucon control for both.

Streamdeck does not work with Eucon without Soundflow. The integration is tied.

Well that's not how it's described in the "what's new" pdf. It says you add the app that you want to potentially control and then it shows up the EC command window in that drop down menu. Thing is: the screen shot in the manual shows a drop down menu in the Eucon Command page. That menu doesn't show up in the EC app.

But that's just a side note. The whole EC setup has become completely unstable since the update. After install the app also show a splash screen with completely random text "salad" It says "welcome to avid" and below: "UBLF!LKJDKJCNJKJEHEJBNCNJÖLHNK:BJNSKJKJSNJNJDNJB! " afer tapping on the arrow another screen appears with random text gibberish and an OK check mark. Not a problem per se but the whole thing seems strange....

Panning dot on Control App not moving, but moving in Pro Tools..
Same with Dock knobs
Quit the app will fix it temporally but will happen again

Only EUCON Apps work in EUCON. Soundflow added EUCON not Keyboard Maestro

First thing to try is to Uninstall EUCON and check the remove all prefs box, reboot and reinstall. If this doesnt work come back and we can troubleshoot more

Did that before post it, it doesn't fix it
