Help..Not Getting Loopback..

I use this daily with PT to capture audio off iTunes or Youtube with zero problem. Today I went to do this and no audio is getting to PT. Can someone look at the screenshot and tell me what dumb thing I'm missing? I hear the audio in my phones but signal is not getting to PT. Thanks for any help.

Hi there,
Are you using the same computer to capture the audio? or are you using a different device and connect the input via bluetooth?

Yes. I do this daily with no problem ( I mute the PT audio track recording the loopback). Today there is just nothing showing on the meters of the track.

UPDATE: I just tried it using bluetooth via iPhone and PT receives the audio fine.

Have you opened the utility menu in the Control software to enable Loopback? If you did previously, I have had that setting not stick once or twice so its worth checking(its the little "gear" in the upper right corner of the Control window). It also only works with a certain set of inputs and I can't remember which(but I think it was ADAT 1&2). My rig is dead at the moment

Hi Tom,

The first thing I noticed is you'll want to pan the Internal 7/8 hard left and right. Right now they're both up the center. Internal 1/2 are correct.

With Loopback you won't see any input meters in MBOX Control since the signal is being internally looped back. You'll need to create a track in Pro Tools or another DAW and then assign the input ADAT 7/8. You should then be able to see the signal coming in on Internal 7/8 on those ADAT 7/8 inputs.
