I finally got my Mogami Cable yesterday to compare it to my Monster 1000 Pro Link. The one I got ist called "MOGAMI Part No. 2791 Patent Pending Low Noise Wire" - is this really the right kind? ...and eaven worse - it´s crappy to put togehter? (I use Neutrik and Monster contacts)

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">For what application?! The 2791 is a light mic cable perfect for long runs and typically more oriented for stage use, but it should be fine in the studio. Generally, quad cables give you better performances for studio applications though.

If this is the stage-cable, what is the studio cable called? And yes it´s for Mic...

As I said, some prefer to use their Quad cables for studio application. I recommend you read the MOGAMI catalog, you can download it from their website http://www.mogami.com/e/index.html
