Avid Complete Plugin Bundle Renewal Issues
Hi all,
My Avid Complete Plugin Bundle renewed as usual 10 days ago but the licence will not refresh in my Ilok account. Does anybody have any experience of this issue or any ideas? I've logged a support case but it's been a few days now with no reply from Avid & I have finished mix sessions to open and stem etc. which I can't open fully now!! Cheer in advance, Tommy. |

Have you tried to synchronize your license key?

Hi there,
I have tried that many times & I've also tried moving the licence between the ilok & computer a couple of times & tried on both...... Still no reply from Avid which is frustrating..... Cheers, Tommy. |

Hi Tope,
It has now just magically refreshed the subscription this evening. I didn't do anything at all & the ilok had been working fine as we have a lot of other licences on the same one which were all working...... Cheers, Tommy. |

we go through the same thing every year I take care of over 30 different systems and we have keeps emailed to get our bubbles renewed and this year Avid Expired our bundles after 2 months then we had to email again. I have a case open since May 15th for transferring some old licenses so we can upgrade them meanwhile its been weeks Aviod promises 2 days to respond to cases but these days its weeks and weeks to respond them it sad having to pay for support then not get it!
