DUY Software Plugins?

I recently purchased some DUY Software plugins, received receipt, link to download software, registered but have never received my iLok License. I have also sent a total of 9 emails and left 7 telephone voice mails. IS it just me or are there issues with this software company? I ask because it appears that Avid has indicated that Duy's plugins are compatible Native, AAX, etc.

Is it just me or is this a known issue with DUY. AVID? please chime in . . . thank you.

You can search this forum for complaints about DUY. This has gotten beyond the point that Avid should have gotten involved with either getting DUY to fix their problems or shutting them down as a plugin supplier (at least warning off potential customers).

You should report this to your credit card company, make clear all the attempts to contact them you have made, Let them know you are aware if other purchasers having problems. enough reports and the credit card companies will choke off their air supply. If they use a credit cart transaction processor report it to them as well.
