How are Sounbase/Workspace Not Movable Yet! (Skootch?)

Makes no sense-- memory locations, event operations... all these windows can be moved outside the sandbox, you'd think by now these would freed.

Anybody using Skootch with 2018? I've never used it but want to give it a shot, seems like you can only get it by emailing Bob Nagy on an old AOL email :|

I have version 4.4.1 running with Pro Tools Ultimate 2018. Most of the time, it works fine. It has a couple of bugs, nothing major. I'm thinking of emailing Bob to see if there's a more updated version.
