Default Best new software plugins

Hi,

it seems there is a ton of interesting new software on the market. I was wondering if some of you could give some recommendations, especially for a budget oriented newbie

I am interested in:

-noise reduction
-eq
-reverb
-volume and fullness (if possible without too much of compression)

Thx,

D
