Can't select Marker - PT 2021.12.0

Hello !

I have a strange behaviour on my PT.
The problem is : when i click on a marker, the playback blue arrow does not follow.

I use PT since 10+ years and never had that.

I tried to create a blank session, same problem.

Link Timeline and Edit selection is enabled.

Play Start Marker Follows Timeline selection is enabled in the preferences.

If i want to select the marker i have to go to the memory locations which is annoying for fast work.

Any idea anyone?

Could it be version related?

If i go the the audio/region part i can select what i want. But if i select, let's say 2 markers with shift, nothing happens. And if i select a marker, nothing happens.

How can i turn off dynamic transport?

To check if that could be this or not.

Right-click on play-bottom shows the status of dynamic transport.

i checked and dynamic transport is disabled. So i don't know what else it could be.

Well, the hard way:
Download PT Pref Trasher2
https://petegates.com/pgptprefs.html
Make a backup from Your current prefs.
Delete all preferences.
See, if it works now.
If not, restore Your former prefs.
If yes, adjust them from scratch.
(Pro Toos must be quit before using trasher).

i trashed prefs with PT prefs and still no change. weird. I don't understand.

Maybe its related to the version or PT i am using?

Please provide your system specs. Namely whether your on Windows or Mac at what version OS.

Mac os Mojave 10.14.6 with a Mac Pro.
Pro Tools 21.12.0.97
