missing plugins - missing subscription pt12

I have PT with support plan till 04/2016 but I never got the license or download links in my account for the new plugins since 12.2. Also after updating to 12.4 and the new app manager i got the message ''you do not own any product under this account yet''. I opened a case on 18/02 (case 02903165) but didn't get any reply so far. any help?
