My old boss used this brand, see link below, in conjunction with a Shure wireless receiver. They seemed to work very well.

I've been happy with my FutureSonics for 2 years now. They also have added custom molds that are designed to use the generic buds that come with the stock Sennheiser IEM systems. Those molds are around $125 plus the cost of impressions(usually around $35-45). Seems like a great deal when any of the full custom sets are $750 or more.

Westone UM2's. Better yet, the ES2's or ES3's if you've got the cash. The E series are custom fit (bit more low profile with better isolation and bass response), but you can get molds for the U series too. I've used the UM1's and currently have the UM2's... can't imagine how good the ES3's sound. I did a TON of research before going with these and have not been disappointed. A lot of people say the UM2's sound as good or even better than the Shure E5's which are almost twice the price.

There are a ton of options out there, and they can get very pricey. Here's a good resource to find user reviews and stuff:

And here's the Westone site:

Good luck.
