Midi Beginner Help Please

Hi, I am trying to use Kontakt via RTAS. But it seems Pro Tools won't see the Midi keyboard. So I open Audio Midi setup, I see Digi02 Icon. I tried test setup, If I play keyboard,I could hear beep sound through internal output.
The "MIDI IN " light on Digi02R is flashing.
How can I setup Midi keyboard.

My setup
G5 1.8DP
OS10.3.2 DIGI02R
Pro Tools 6.2.3 Ozone Midi Keyboard connect via Midi cable

this is how its done

enter midi studio setup create new device name it

then open more options or what ever and select all channels mtc the works regardless

then connect the cables virtually and in reality


close midi set up

open midi bar enable midi thru , beat clock if needed ( not in your case ) \

make a audio track put kontak on it select the correct midi channel input '

you may have to load the plug with a sound first record enable

thats it

i think i got it all anyway

if you want to record from Kontakt, NI suggest to insert Kontakt in an AUX track and then use a SEND/Output bus to an AUDIO track.
