Help Please..All Lights on Digi 003 and Not Working

I don't know why the Digi 003 Console lights are on and it's not working... Is there a a rest or do I need to have it repaired. i tried a different Firewire cable... the green light in back of unit is on for firewire.

Can you give more information? Does PT launch? Can you see the 003 in Workspace? Will PT play but you don't hear anything?

the LCD bar is solid yellow... and every other light on the system is lit up. Nothing works. I can click a button on a few things and lights go out. I tried to go to Utility and it doesn't do anything.

Also I tried pluging in Digi 003 Console to my Windows 7 Machine to see if was my computer. It found the Digi 003 and installed the driver but still the same...all the lights on.

I had a similar issue when I got my 003 console a few months ago. when i first booted up PT it all looked good, but no levels, no sound. It took me a week of trying different things until i noticed that the green light on aux in (upper right corner) was lit. when i toggled it off, then everything worked. evidently if aux in is lit, nothing from inputs to console will register. hope that helps.
