Default GUID drives on PPCs

Hi Digi,

untill the -9131 issue has been resolved I think you should put up a sticky for intel-users that asks them to ALWAYS format the apple partition table on their audio drives.

I had a lot of problems opening sessions on GUID-formatted drives on a PPC. I understand that GUID drives are not fully compatible with PT on PPC from reading the answer base.

cheers,

frank.

Exactly and hardly any user checks the "options" in disk-utility before formatting a drive.
Intel-Users, please don´t format as GUID to avoid problems.

frank.
