Avid S1, Dock is not responding.

I registered for an Avid account and downloaded the installer.
It will respond within the EuCon app. (Surfaces tab-All Surfaces⇆My Surfaces)
If you remove S1 from MySurfaces in the Eucon app, the S1 itself will also be displayed differently.
S1-PC authentication is working.

Setup>Peripherals>Ethernet Controllers>Enable EUCON
The above is a completed configuration.

When I start the session data, nothing changes.
What do you think is the cause?
