Windows alternative for The Cargo Cult Spanner

Hi,

I was wondering if there's an alternative that is Windows compatible for Spanner from the Cargo Cult. I tried AnyMix Pro and was a bttt underwhelmed.

I'm really close to moving over to Windows from OS X, but this is the one thing holding me back as it's such a part of my workflow now.

Any suggestions would be most welcome!

I know Justin w the Cargo Cult and sent him an email to see what he has anything to input on that thought. Not many Delays are even close to being that versatile.

Oh perfect. It's actually Spanner I use, but Slapper on Windows would be amazing too.

Wow, I must not have been paying very good attention!!!

Slapper has been rebuilt and is almost ready for Win, AAX, AU, VST, VST3.
Just a few DAW specific issues to iron out.

Knowing what it took to convert Slapper, I'd say it's unlikely I'll do the same for Spanner, unless there is a huge demand or some better integration offered by AVID.

FWIW, all our stuff will be built for Mac first then massaged into a Windows compatible form... if that makes any difference to anyone.

Thanks Justin. What do you mean when you say "better integration offered by Avid"?

I know post is still very Mac-dominant, but with the current state of Apple's pro offering I get the sense people are going to start to look at jumping ship. Especially now macOS seems so consumer-oriented as well.

Would doing a Windows version that's AAX-only for Spanner make things any easier, Justin?

Totally understand why you'd not want to do lots of work with no guaranteed interest.

Can't imagine any developer wants to cater to that small a minority
