Default Pro Tools License Stopped Working [SOLVED]

Hi All,

I tried to open Pro Tools 11 this morning and the "Activate" box has popped up. I click activate and log in to my account and the following message pops up "You don't have any licenses in your account, or none of the licenses there have activations available"

Everything was working fine last night so I don't understand what has happened? I purchased the Student Version of Pro Tools 11 in 2014. I was not made aware of any expiration date at the time and either way, my course still has one year to go.

Any ideas?

UPDATE: I have resolved the issue by restarting my machine. Very strange as even on the ilok website, my PT license was showing up as "Null". But after a restart everything is back to normal.

What is your computer? If Windows make sure the USB ports are not set to power saving and turning off. If it's a Mac and you have USB3 ports those are a known issue. The usual remedy is to get a USB 2 hub, plug the iLok2 into that and plug the hub into the computer.

More importantly make sure your iLok itself is okay and isn't going bad.
