Windows 10 - OK with Eucon / Cubase 8.0.2
FWIW I upgraded to Windows 10 and all is well with Eucon 3.3 and Cubase 8.02.

But Steinberg warns users not to update because of unresolved issues in Cubase and Nuendo.
