Hi all. Is it possible to extend a region in the edit window back out to a specific point? ie. A region is at 1 minute 10 seconds and I want it to stay in place but extend back to 1 minute. Of course I realize that is what the trimmer is for, but as I am going to be cutting dialogue on this box for umpteen hours a day I would love to be able to find a quick key to do this.

Pretty sure you can trim (extend) a region out to a specified nudge value. It's in the manual... sorry, don't rememeber offhand where.

optionv - or option + will trim the beginning of a region by whatever nudge valor you have set.
command - or command + will do it to the end of the region.
Set a nudge valor of let say 10 sec. or even 1 sec. if you have a lot of these to do.
