Default Big Sur, Monterey Dual Boot M1 MBP

works fine for me. anyone else?

looks like upgrading to Monterey shouldn't be a problem. just dual boot and run PT on Big Sur. I do NOT use Apple ID or WIFI(keep the PT Big Sur Boot static, and, keep all the new Apple ID and Monterey features linked to the proper stuff)

APFS Filesystem shares space between volumes, cross share files, no need to allocate space for each.

why not upgrade to Monterey?

Monterey dot zero has severe memory leaks, it is absolutely unusable for PT

Agreed, Monterey 12.0.1 was absolutely terrible due to memory leak. The public beta has fixed that, so things are soon to be working better. But still no reason to run Monterey on an audio production system.
