Default Still can't find "Low Latency Monitoring" in my menu options...

I'm very sorry to persist with this question, but why do I have the "Low Latency" option available on my PC workstation at home, but not on my PC workstation at work?
Same exact program, PT10, the only difference is my box at home has a focusrite and my box at work has an 002rack.
I would love to be able to have the convenience of checking Low Latency Monitoring on my work PC like I can at home.
I always had this option on my 002rack workstation prior to installing PT10...
Can anyone help me figure out why this might be going on?

One person sugested that I make sure I have the latest 002r drivers... I think I'm using the latest drivers, the rack is linking up fine.

Thanks all!

Well, in the excellent Pro Tools Reference Guide (Version 10.0, PDF document), page 95, I found the following info:

Low Latency Monitoring

(HD Native Systems Only)

With HD Native systems, the Output page of the
I/O Setup lets you enable (or disable) Low Latency
Monitoring. It also lets you specify any
available Output path for Low Latency Monitoring.
The Output path for Low Latency Monitoring
can be of any channel width (from Mono to
7.1). Low Latency Monitoring uses Outputs 1–2
by default.

Low Latency monitoring should work with an 002. I don't remember seeing anything that states they are disabling it from that hardware.

It should be at the bottom of the OPTIONS menu (I'm sure you've already looked there). Just to be sure - you could also double check the playback engine and make sure 002 is selected.

You might also want to try posting this in the windows section where someone on a PC may be able to look.

I'll try to remember to take a look next time I'm in the stu. I never use LLM though, so I would have never noticed if it was missing!

Isn't LLM suppose to be available for 3rd party interfaces only?

Not pre-Pro Tools 10. I've always had it with my 003 and my boy has with his Mbox 2 pro. But the last time I actually used it was on Pro Tools 8!

It's working fine here. I've tested it with PT10 (CPTK) on 002r and 003r on Windows7 64bit.
