Melodyne essential Serial Number?

Sorry to post this here but I have gotten nowhere over at http://www.celemony.com/cms/

PT8 comes with "Melodyne essential" yall know that.

I have installed and reinstalled my OS 3 times in the past month.

Not knowing that the Melodyne essential requires a deactivation of the computer it was on or it keeps it in the your profile with the serial number on their site.

I try to install now and it barfs and says have it in stalled on 2 other machines. What it sees is the past two installs on the same machine "DAW-888".

I just got the loyalty upgrade in today and was going to install a fresh today but now this.

Has anyone else had this happen and what can I do about it?

Digi can you kick me down another Melodyne essential serial number over at "My Digi".

I do not know what to do.

Please help if you can.
