Outboard FX not printing with the Bounce to Disk!?

I'm routing an Aux channel with an I/O to a hardward reverb. I can hear it in the mix when I play the track in the PT session file. But the 'verb isn't printing when I bounce the songs. What's up with that? The PTLE reference guide says it SHOULD print....I can't figure out why it wouldn't.

Check to see if Low Latency Monitoring is selected. This will prevent outboard effects from printing.

Oh, sorry, meant to add that Low Latency Monitoring is OFF and the buffer is set to 256. I was reading through the manual and is says the buffer should be as high as possible, but I though high buffer setting on mix down = extreme latency in I/O.

I'm sure some of you mix with outboard gear. Any suggestion?

OK, I got it working! I changed my buffer size to 512 and it works. At hight buffer settings there was a HUGE latency problem and at lower setting it wouldn't pass audio, but 512 seems to be just right. Weird.
