Can I get off cloud licenesing?

I've just installed 2018.1. I have an iLok with the license on it, but I can not launch pro tools without being on the internet. Is their any way to make my license local only? I may not always have internet access.

Cloud licensing is optional - you don't need an internet connection to run Pro Tools when your license is on your iLok. If you started a Cloud session, launch iLok License Manager and right+click on Cloud (on the left) and select Close Cloud Session.

Thanks. I think the cloud is a good option. Can the cloud be active and default to the iLok when there is no internet connection?

I tried something similar with a cloud session of PT vanilla active on my computer and I inserted an ilok with HD on it.
The computer opened up PTHD.

I don't know if this is because it prioritises HD over vanilla or if a physical iLok takes priority over Cloud.

Just turn it on when you need it, and turn it off when you don't, it's literally one click - no need to over-complicate it.
