Default Pt 11.1.1

Hi

I need help. I have osx Lion on my imac 2011 with PT 10.3.7 and PT 11.0.3.
When i try to update to 11.1.1. it won't let me. I get PT quit unexpectetly window as soon as i try to open it

Any ideas?

You need to update your operating system. Coonstall is only supported on Mountain Lion, and PT11.1.1 is only supported on Mavericks

My bad, I stand corrected.

Either way, co-install of PT10 and PT11 is only supported on Mountain Lion, so if you need that you need to install Mountain Lion.

And please do read the compatibility documents and do not blindly trust anything anyone says. Avid.com articles have all the official info you need, just that you need to learn to skim through it :P

But.

OP is using LION (10.7) and not MOUNTAIN LION (10.8) so that still needs to be updated.
