yes but iv been told it can not be transferred.

The way I understand it is the issue with HD licenses, specifically PT 9 HD licenses, is that they are automatically "Locked" on your iLok account once you initially register them, which makes it not possible to transfer out to another account. So that being said, only Avid can unlock it and then they transfer it. It's a whole process of making a support ticket with Avid and purchasing an Avid ProTools HD Support Code to get it processed. I don't know if they still do that or not but if they do, it is possible to transfer it.....Good Luck....moon
