Assertion when trying to relink!!

I have a weird problem when trying to relink manually files into the session i get the following error:
Assertion in"/Volumes/Development/vb_cliff/
AlturaPorts/PT4_App/MacBuild/.../PrApp/
PtApp_AudioFileMrg.cpp",line 593

Already trashed digi prefs and databases,also upgraded to 7.3.1cs2...didn't help
i"m using digi002r with g5 1.8 and 3 gig ram

Try deleting the contents of Library->Application Support->Digidesign->Databases-> Volumes and re-delete your Digidesign Databases folders off ALL your drives.
