Ah. I see. You were excluding Low Roar. I thought that was the only demo session. In that case, no I don't use any other demo sessions that might exist.

BTW Low Roar is the only one I use to test stuff. So yes I delete all the space wasted by the included demos and download the separate one. I'm pretty sure they should all just be separate downloads.
