multiple Avid accounts, help Avid IT person

initially when I first signed up to Avid I created an account that I rarely ever use although it is associated in name only with my online handle.... I cant remember when I actually did it but when a I created the account I have now and been using since I have a couple of issues I have long wanted sorted out but never got around to. the main issue is linking of accounts... when I trying that process it seems to have an issue signing in the initially created account even though I'm supplying the correct details.

I would like to have that original account killed off the accounts ... as I think this is what is causing problems linking accounts which wouldn't surprise me. This effects the linking of Avid Download Centre and Avid Community accounts.
