Are there quieter fans with the same power requirements/size/etc that are better than the default OEM part?

Here is the fan part numbers. The version number varies slightly (1836 vs 1420) only because of different HDX cards or one of them might have been the replacement part from Avid.
There's only one fan per card. I just happened to replace 3 that day and can't remember -- they are interchangeable.
