ProTools 7.3.1 update page is missing, along with my Mbox lights

I've made numerous unsuccessful attempts to get PT LE 7.3.1 to see my MBox Pro 2 which will now not even light up with the power adapter attached (it did for a short time when I first connected it). It is connected via one firewire 400-800 cable connected to an Apple FW 800 to Thunderbolt adapter which many users have had success with, plus, I can see any FW 400 drive on this path.

I'm hoping that the 7.3.1cs8 update (or anything else) might help, but the link takes you to "Page Not Found: /articles/en_US/download/en357225 ".

I'm using a late 2012 model 27" iMac, OS 10.8.5, 3.4 GHz quad-core i7, 32GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680MX 2048 MB video card.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled all the software and latest drivers several times. If anyone has an idea of how I might resurrect this device before it goes on Craigslist, please help. I had hoped to use it along with PT 7.3.1 to complete an album project, but hope is fading.
