Required Software Extentions are Missing

Everytime i boot up pro tools I get a message "Required Software Extentions are Missing - Click ont he OK and you will be transfered to the PACE web site where an installer can be downloaded."
Pro Tools will not open untill this is downloaded. Once it is properly installed Pro Tools will run fine, but the problem is that I have to re-install this everytime that I open Pro Tools.

I found answers to similar issues on the answerbase but none helped me, all the answers were related to Intel Macs and Prol Tools LE which I have neither

Can anyone help me??? This is driving me crazy

Can you post more information on your system, OS version and Pro Tools version as well as any troubleshooting you've tried?

Im running
OSX 10.4.8
Dual 2Ghz Power PC G5
8GB ram
HD3
PT7.2

as for troubleshooting I have trashed all digidesign database folders and volume files. I have installed the most recent Pt 7.2 cs update
