Default Weird Quicktime bounce error - please take a look

I am getting an error message when I try to bounce to a Quicktime movie. That message reads:

Could not complete the Bounce to Disk command because Assertion in "/Volumes/Development/vbdb/AlturaPorts/NewFileLibs/FileFormat/MacBuild/../../FF/Audio/FF_AudioProperty.cpp", line 33.

I'm trying to also post a pic of it, not sure if I did it right:

Anyways, I dumped all preference folders and databases, used all sorts of movie formats including H.264 and DV's, limited the file name, extended the bounce area beyond the start and end points, I just can't figure this out. Any guesses?

thanks

Does it work if you use a short file name?

See this thread

Hope this helps.

Most likely this is caused by having your DAE Playback Buffer at level 8 - changing it to level 2 or 4 should allow the bounce to complete.
