Hybrid Update

Unfortunately I had a hard disk crash on my Macbook whilst doing a backup of my system (how ironic!!) hence losing my Macbook internal drive and my external drive system backup. I had to buy a new HD and have since reinstalled almost everything but the Hybrid update which I had downloaded for FREE when it was available...but now I have to pay for it. Is there anyway the guys at Digi could send me the update - Im sure you could check that I actually did download it when it was free - as a loyal PTLE user, I hope for a gesture of good will!?!? Thanks.
