Pro Tools 11 and Reason 7.0.1 with Rewire
I have had some issues with PT 11 and Reason with Rewire. I have a session where I have Reaper and Reason both installed with Rewire in the session. In 10.3.6 everything worked fine. I used Reaper to play some VST VI's I have, and Reason for other stuff.
In PT 11, when I go to open the same session, Reaper opens just fine, but with Reason I get this alert box telling me there's something wrong with the rewire engine and to check my Rewire host. I have to completely close down PT and reboot the computer...sometimes a couple of times, to get this to go away. As its happened about 3 times now, I thought I'd ask here if anyone might know why this would be an issue? As I said, I NEVER saw this with 10. I have both the 32bit and 64 bit versions of Reason installed as well. When it did all finally boot up, it all worked just the way its supposed to. Not sure what's going on with that!
