Default Digi are you joking? about Pro Tools 7.3 Upgrade

how can you ask to post in the announcements forum, if it's impossible to reply to your post?

we all have problems.

now if i click on the continue button in the page where the ilok user ID is requested, safari starts to try to load the new page, but actually do nothing...

yesterday and until 1 hour ago, clicking on the continue button didn't do nothing

with safari, firefox and camino too... macbook or G5 dual. 10.4.8

I've just finished the process of surrendering my 7.2 license, and downloading the 7.2/7.3 bundle license onto my iLok. It took about 10 minutes, so there must be high activity over at iLok.com?

Did it at home on a laptop with XP SP2 and IE v6. Sorry, this is of course a different situation than yours.

I've had problems like this in the past, with all browsers. A clever brit friend of mine (Hi X) suggested I make a new account on my mac, log out, then back into that account, and and do my iLok updates from there. Voila! That worked!

For the past several months I haven't needed to do that, but it's worth a shot.

Riccardo - I apologize, it was my mistake in posting to the Announcements forum. I've moved it to the Mac TDM forum so that customers can now reply. I'm only human (despite some conjecture to the contrary).

iLok.com has definitely been seeing extremely high volume and has been a factor in the issues. We're working with them on expanding bandwidth and hopefully should have a majority of the issues resolved very shortly.

Also, are you absolutely sure that Java and Javascript are enabled in your browser? This has been a problem with several other customers.
