Impossible to buy on Avid Store

tried for mac on safari and firefox. when i reach the page where is asked the ilok id, i fill it and clicking on "continue"... don't go on the next page!

any suggestion? thanks,

Check your account. You probably bought what you were trying to buy if it was 7.3.

Ya I had the same thing... I gave up & bought on the phone... I got the iLok license ok, but still havn't got the email with the code in it to download... ugh ...

Same problem here... Using Firefox, and can't even click the button. Using IE, can click the button but it doesn't do anything at all, grrr =(....

My guess is that the iLok.com server is partially to blame. I went to check my account, and the iLok server is running in slo-mo.

Still can't buy this morning. I'd be very happy if they'd sent it to me anyway as it gets nowhere near the bit where you enter your credit card!

everyone at Digidesign and iLok is sleeping on credit cards I think :|

if I were the CEO one any of that companies I'd already f**k the monk*y that don't allow us to buy.

but they're stronger than hulk, smarter than porf. Xavier, faster than a teleport and so on... because they all know that we could wait even weeks, but we'll never leave PT system, and as soon as the update will be buyable, we'll buy it. so they don't loose money.

all for a new software that has great new features but... it's buggy (sorry Digi but usually we're the testers)
