Default Annoying scroll up keeps happening

Hello all,

Hoping someone can help me with this one. When I'm in the edit window of an arrangement in Protools 11, the window will all of sudden jump up to the top of the window instead of staying where it is where I am editing a track. Using an Avid Protools logickeyboard.

I'm not sure where the setting is to make this stop happening.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions,

Lisa

Are you using an Eucon device? Artist controller etc.? If yes this used to be a bug with a version of Eucon. Try installing the current version of Eucon.

Frank.

I see this as well and do happen to have Artist units attached(Transport and MIX). I am running the latest Eucon and am more suspect that its a mouse issue

Hi all,

All I am using is an Avid Protools logic keyboard. I should add that the "auto scroll up" annoying thing that happens can sometimes occur when I press the space bar.

I thank you for your suggestions and await any others after this info I've just shared.

Sounds like it isn't a setting that can be adjusted within Protools, but I'll still be waiting to see if anyone's come up with a solution.

Thank you,

Lisa
