Hello,
Has anyone out there expierienced the problem where you create a template in Pro Tools 6.2.3 but when you actually click stationary pad in the Get Info window the session suddenly becomes a Pro Tools 5.1 session? This happened to me today and it is causing some bugs and its just seems strange. Does anyone have any info? Thank you

I think I had that happen with a computer that had OS9 and PT5 still installed. Do you have OS9 on your comp still?

Hi,
I just gave this a quick test and here is what I found. When I created a template under 6.2.3 the sessions’ icon did go retro on me but I don’t think the version has changed just the icon. I rebooted under OS 9 and the icon had switched back to the current 6.x appearance. When I looked at its version information it reported itself as a 6.2.3 session. I had no problems using it under OS 9 or OS 10. What kinds of problems are you having? I will check to see if the icon changing appearance is an expected behavior, I will try to report back Monday or Tuesday. Thanks, Digidesign Tech Support |
