Default Still Don't Have 12.5 in My Account

I don't seem to see 12.5 in my account (checked both Avid's website and the application manager). Not in either of them. I've looked every day for the last week.

Wondering if maybe I'm not eligible? I've been milking the student/academic purchase I made 4 years ago and I have had every update since then. I am actually not sure if I have come to the end of the line or not on that. If I am still eligible for 12.5, I would like to know. I could be eligible. I'm just not sure.

Are other folks still waiting to see their 12.5 deposited in their account or have they all been distributed already? I know Avid usually releases these updates in a cascade form (not all at once for everyone).

DTS answered in one of the other threads of this subject and it will be deposited within around 2 weeks. This is for the EDU - Student licenses and not dor the normal licenses. If you are eligble for the update to 12.5 you will see it in your Avid account in a few weeks,

I only see an upgrade to 12.3.1 but dont see one to 12.5. Can you please provide me the download and access to 12.5 since i am still in my 4 years of upgrades? My ilok username is judahbernstein

I qualify for upgrades until 8/13/16 I believe and still have not received the upgrade to 12.5. Can anybody check this out for me? 12.4 crashing on me constantly. Really need to change

Default Account help, please.

Hi,

To one of the moderators or someone who can help with this, I still do not have PT 12.5 listed in my products account. It still shows 12.2.

Also, App Manager doesn't appear to be working, and yes, I do have the latest version. On the Account page the message "Authenticating..." comes up, the mouse cursor spins, and it never comes back. I used App Manager successfully for the last two upgrades, but this time it seems to be broken.

Again, help would be appreciated. Thanks!

As far as Avid have stated the licenses for student/edu owners who qualify for updates will recieve them in their accounts within 2 weeks plus minus a day or so and for those who are waiting you will see the updates when Avids batches have been run thru so don't worry, they are coming

Hi,

I'm in the same boat as quite a few other people here. Still haven't receied my PT 12.5 upgrade.

I always had to go through support (when going to PT 11, PT 12, PT 12.3 and PT 12.4) so I guess this time I'll have to ask again.

Can you add PT 12.5 to my account?
