Digi 001 driver corrupted or missing? Help!

Hey gang,

I just put together an upgraded system with an Asus A7V600 mobo. I did a fresh installation of XP with SP1, and everything went fine until I installed the 001 card and tried to install Pro Tools 6.1. The installation finished, but in the Device Manager the 001 is showing as having a problem. It says the driver is corrupted or missing, and PT won't start since it's not seeing the hardware properly. I have the 001 card in PCI slot 3 in the A7V600. Anyone have any ideas to help me out?

I'd uninstall PTLE - pull the PCI card - re-boot, do a search for "Dalwdm" without quotes, and delete any SYS or INF files that are found.
Switch PCI slots - (try 4) boot into bios - load default settings -

and try your luck again.

Thanks for the response. I think I just fixed it, it was a known issue in the Answerbase that if you disable USB in the BIOS this happens.
