Default Digidesign iLok - USB Smart Key

If I only rent TL Space Native (RTAS),do I still need the Digidesign iLok - USB Smart Key?

Yes,

You can pick up the license pretty cheap on ebay as an alternative to renting.

I'm not aware of any non-Ilok plugins that you can rent. Demo, yes, but rent, I don't know of any.

Maybe we buy CSR Classik? This one doesn't seem to have too many options, but I recall one engineer used it for our string quartet once (the default setting concert hall) and it worked well.

CSR Classik is very good.

Also, Redline Reverb.

And more expensive, but very good is Overloud Breverb.

We also found Redline ok, but CSR better for strings.
