Default Lost Ilok ZDT - w/Digidesign Plugins

Hello all,

Just wondering how Digidesign plug-in licenses are replaced when your ilok is lost and you have the zero down time insurance coverage.

I have two digidesign plug-ins and I need them back.

I reported the ilok lost to ilok.com; they deactivated/disassociated that ilok from my account and there are temporary licenses for my digidesign plugins.

How do I get them to be permanent again; these are not third party plugins; they are digidesign plugins bought from digidesign.

You would contact Digi Customer Service Administration. They handle all registration issues and after-sales service such as this. We already forwarded your emails sent to the webmaster to Digi CSA, so they should be replying to you today.

Thanks; i'm curious as to how this was handled for other people and what their experiences were and what it involved. Is it relatively painless? Were there unusual circumstances?

Additionally I submitted another Customer service email inquiry. When will this matter be taken care of?
