Default audio playback problems with 002r/cubase8.5

Hello everybody,
I got a big problem with playing back audio in Cubase 8.5.
I even contacted Steinberg three weeks ago but since now nobody has answered me.
When I play back audio in Cubase 8.5 the audio is clicking.
This is just a playback problem. The Audio is recorded and even exported correctly.
I've changed Audio setups (screenshot1) and changed the buffer size. Even with highest buffersize it clicks like hell.

I've tried the following drivers:

-Driver from my Pro Tools 9.0 CD-Rom
-standalone Windows Audio drivers v7.4 (does not work at all. Windows doesn't recognise Interface)
-standalone Windows Audio drivers v8.0.3 (does not work at all. Windows doesn't recognise Interface)
-standalone Windows Audio drivers v9.0.8 (does not work at all. Windows doesn't recognise Interface)
-Latest drivers for 003Rack version 9.0.8

The problem does not occure, when I'm in the Audiomode (where I can edit the Audio) and press the "PLAY"-Button on the top.(screenshot2)

Also everything is fine, if I select the generic low latency ASIO driver.

My setup:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @3,40GHz 3,41 GHz
RAM 8GB
Digi 002 (now latest driver 9.0.8 installed)
Windows 10 Home 64bit (updated)
CSL PCIe Controller Firewire Card
Cubase 8.5.15 (latest version)

With my previous setup (Macbook, OSX Lion, DIGI002, Cubase 8.5)) I had the same problems, that's why I have a new computer now.

Has anyone any suggestions what to do?
It's driving me mad.

FireWire/1394 Controller 1 : VIA VT6315 Series Firewire Controller
This could be the problem as VIA firewire controllers are often a show-stopper for audio. Around $50 will get you a proper card with a TI chipset.

Beyond that, why hang onto a piece of hardware that is:
A-old technology and not very good
B-no longer supported
C-can be outclassed by most any current hardware over $400(a used 003r at $250-300 is even a step up)

another tip; set Windows to use the motherboard's audio so that your DAW doesn't have to compete for control of the interface

Hey albee1952,
thanks for your help.
Any recommendation which firewirecard to use? (model, manufacturer?)
My question:
Why is playback in Windows and in Cubase Audioeditwindow possible, but in the arrangement window it isn't?
I mean: The interface is able to playback audio without noises. Only in arrangementwindow those clicks occur.

Doesn't that mean, that the firewirecard is fine?
To your questions:

I use my old digi002, cause I don't have no money anymore.
I wanted to run cubase on my mac, but it did'nt work out so I had to buy a new PC. I'm totaly broke right now but will for sure get a new interface in winter.

Thanks for your help.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but in my opinion the error could be something else, since I've had the same problem with my Mac (Windows 7) and Cubase 8.5
So it isn't neccessary my new firewirecard in my PC, am I right?

To be precise:
Problem occurs with each setup.

Macbook (internal firewireslot)
Windows 7

and

PC (CSL PCIe Controller Firewire Card)
Windows 10

Well, if it doesn't work on the MacBook either, are you informed about the old "power harness" issue that plagues almost all 002's? Then, if you are still looking for a FW card, you must first figure out what kind of open slot your computer has(PCI or PCIe). Then look at the brand SIIG as they use TI chips on many of their cards(but not all). But if the 002 is bad, there is no reason to buy a card(yet). Plenty of USB interfaces from MOTU and Focusrite

Yes, I know the power harness issue, but my digi002 is fine because ProTools 9 on my Macbook is working without problems.

I'm afraid that I get the same problem with a different Firewirecard, because the problem occurs on MacBook Windows 7 and PC Windows 10.

What should I do?

Update

7th:

Have found, that "shared memory" can cause problems. Found out that in BIOS Chipset-SystemAgentConfiguration there are entries called IGD Memory 32M and DVMT Memory 256M. Are those relevant entries for "shared memory"?
If yes, I can not imagine if it has any influence on my performace (Those are less than 300mb total). Since I really don't know what those entries mean, I was too scared to change them. If anyone can tell me if I can change them without damaging my computer i will do so.
Does the hd graphics 530 have "shared memory"?
Couldn't find anything.
