exp pack activation problem

Hi.

I know there's another thread about this, but when I searched for it I couldn't find it again.

I downloaded the expansion pack for Eleven Rack and when I got to the activation process I typed my serial and systemID and got the message that they didn't match. I copied them exactly and I saw last night that others have had the same problem.

Do I need to call Avid support (international from sweden) or is it some easier way to fix this?

Hey Bascani,

if you are sure you entered the right serial and system ID, the only way to solve this issue is to call the avid support. For problems with product activation it should be free of charge.
