By a "second CPU" are you referring to a 2nd complete computer system?

Also look at the Yamaha RS-7000; it's an outboard Synth and Sampler all in the same box.

I'm really disappointed at the Stylus thing falling through, but, like you, quite impressed with their sample library.

Hey all!

Well, since Spectrasonics' release of Stylus for PC won't be happening for a while and I really don't want to upgrade to XP just for the use of direct connect, here's what I'm thinking of doing, maybe my friends on the DUC can help me out here.

Buying a second cpu, using Nuendo to power Halion sampler and then using the pro sample library from spectrasonics. Plus, I can selectivly use vst instruments as well and fly those into Pro Tools as a stereo audio file.

What do you guys think? Any recommendations? [img]images/icons/confused.gif[/img]
