Default G5 HD3 Atto Dual SCSI..How do I configure?

i just bought a new G5 with 3 slots, but I understand this may not work with my 3 cards.
How do I configure?

Not sure what you mean. 3 slots = 3 slots. You don't have room for HD3 and an ATTO card I'm afraid. Maybe look into a G4 or going internal SATA and FW800 instead of SCSI?
