GigaStudio 3 question

Hi

Not been here for a while but once again I need your expertise.

I'm using Giga 3 with some string samples that have a keyswitch. I can trigger the switch on my midi keyboard to change from, say, tremeloe violin to pizzicato on the fly but, not knowing a great deal about midi, I need to know how I can edit the midi to change the keyswitch function after recording in PTLE (6.4).

Probably a sysex thing I'm guessing, but I don't have a clue where to start.

You chaps will know this, I'm sure.

Let me take a guess and say you're using Garritan Personal Orchestra... am I right? If it is GPO or GOS, then if I am not mistaken, you have a midi data utility that facilitates the keyswitching. It might have something to do with that. I'm not much help at all I know, since I've never used garritan or gigastudio, but I want to ask you, what library are you using exactly, and how do you like it? I heard garritan orchestral strings 2 is in the works and want to know what it's like to use it.
