I recently recorded a session at 48k and it only plays back at twice the normal speed that I recorded it at. If i shift+rec then it plays back at halfspeed, which is the way it should be...I can mix and edit and record still but have no way to bounce to disk without it being extremely sped up. I have no idea what it can be.

Usually when this happens its some type of clocking error. E.G. You recorded at 48k but its playing back at 96k or vica-versa. Double check your clocks.

Try and make a empty 96 session and import the files.
