Sorry but it’s insane to say the S6 feels lower quality than the D-Command or C24.. for example S6 has the best faders they’ve ever had (similar to the System 5)

MacOS 13.3 comes out (let's say) Monday.
Pro Tools 2023.3 comes out the following day with support up to MacOS 13.2 🤣

Should that happen, it should still work. In my opinion macOS 13 is maturing now, the difference (regarding PT) between 13.2 and 13.3 should be minimal.

Anyone still wondering should do a clean install of 13.3 the day it is out.

Saw that. Can someone tell someone who isn't that familiar with PT, what is Codecs LE 2.7.3 Installer? Do I need it, or is it just for people including video in their projects?

You don't need it and can't even install it. That is for older macOS. Ventura doesn't support external codecs.
(Avid had Apple integrate Avid codec support into macOS which is why you don't need it since that is the only way "third party" codecs can even be used now)
